Малоинвазивная сфинктеросохраняющая хирургия рака прямой кишки представляет собой перспективное направление современной онкологической хирургической помощи, позволяющее сохранить качество жизни пациентов с раком прямой кишки путем сохранения структур тазового дна, сфинктерного аппарата прямой кишки. Одной из современных хирургических методик является техника en-blocк резекции мышц тазового дна, обеспечивающая радикальное удаление опухоли прямой кишки с минимальным повреждением окружающих тканей, структур и сохранением функциональности органов малого таза. Демонстрируемый в исследовании клинический случай иллюстрирует эффективность и безопасность данной техники оперативного вмешательства, а также выявление показаний и противопоказаний к его использованию.

Minimally invasive sphincter-preserving surgery for rectal cancer is a promising approach in modern oncological surgical care, helping to preserve the quality of life of patients with rectal cancer by preserving the structures of the pelvic floor and the sphincter apparatus of the rectum. One of the modern surgical techniques is the en-bloc pelvic floor muscle resection technique, which allows for the radical removal of rectal tumors with minimal damage to surrounding tissues and structures and preserves the functionality of the pelvic organs. The clinical case presented in this article illustrates the effectiveness and safety of this surgical technique, as well as the indications and contrain-dications for its use.
